A passion for sourdough bread. C/o The Oven is a bakery that focuses on craftsmanship. Their products, from stone-oven-baked sourdough bread to flaky croissants, are the result of loving care and solid experience.
Thanks to the stone oven used, the breads have a crispy crust and creamy inside, and all the pastries are baked to promote both traditional and innovative flavors.

Behind C/o The Oven is its owner Daniel Roigart, whose experiences from, among others, Lillebror's bakery have shaped the offerings and working methods. It is in the combination of old recipes, modern influences, and a passion for artisanal baking that C/o The Oven aims to delight more bread lovers every day.
